Q: Is it going to be harder to drive an Audi A5 manual than the Civic I learned on a couple of months ago?
I've heard civics are very easy stick cars but i dont know why. Ive only tried a civic and a chevy suv. Is there a big difference b/c the audi is a 6 speed?

A: Absolutely not. Once you have the hang of a manual transmission, you can drive them all. The principles are the same from motorcycles to heavy-duty pickups. You'll only run into trouble when you get to really heavy-duty trucks that have high and low range gears. Even those are easy enough to learn with one trip around the block. Don't sell yourself short. Within 30 minutes of driving any stick-shift, you'll be shifting like a professional. Once you get to know the car you are driving, you'll see why many people prefer a stick-shift, especially with an Audi A5 6-speed. Lucky you! Just remember, speeding tickets are expensive these days.

Q: Which car should i buy BMW 135i or Audi A5 and why?
im looking for a safe, reliable, and fast car, and would the 135i be as safe in a car crash as the A5?

A: The Ownage doesn't know what he is talking about. the 135i has 300 hp, 35 more than the a5. and the 135i weighs less which means is much quicker. but you are comparing cars from different classes. the a5 competes with the 3-series coupe, not the 1-series regardless, between these 2 i would choose the 135i, simply because its a BMW, and they handle better than Audi. The Audi might have a prettier face, but underneath the sheetmetal is where the BMW shines.

Q: any idea what monthly payments for leasing and/or financing an Audi A5?
I am looking for a very rough estimate. Would begin in June or July. I would probably put down 4 or 5k if financed, and 2k if leased. 36 month lease. not sure about how long i would finance it for.

A: With just fees, taxes, etc as a down payment for a lease of 36 months you are looking at a $600/month payment. My father just had the numbers run for him at a local dealership.

A: I think the BMW is a better car, it has better looks than all Audi's and performs great. I own a 325xi and it performes great in the snow. The only problem with the BMW's are when they have a mechanical problems, they are big. My sunroof had something crumpled in it,they had to take out the sunroof and the ceiling of the car to replace the visor that was crumpled. I was fine with it because it was all under warranty. If you do buy the BMW, if you want to go to the best BMW dealer, BMW of Towson. It is in Towson, Maryland and is one of the biggest BMW dealers on the east coast. They have good service and great prices. The rental cars they have are wonderful, They give you a choice of a car or an SUV or minivan. The car they will give you is a 3-series with less than 10,000 miles on it, the truck they give you is an X5 and the van is a Grand Caravan with leather interior.

my audi a5 that has 3000 miles on it now has a problem. when i was driving and two lights came on, a EPC light and another light that looks like an engine also the steering got really tight so i turned off the car and now it wont turn back on. they just took the car in. Does anyone know what would be wrong with it and how long it takes to fix

A: Nothing big you just lost charge, your alternator had some problem. Your light come on because it is a safety thing when is not enough electrical charge in the car.Your power steering get hard because is electromechanical not hydraulic like before.

A: Those are in fact standard. That is a design que that was taken from the R8. It is only rumor, but I have seen some chatter that what will be optional is color. Amber or light blue as opposed to standard white.....but I have not been able to substantiate this claim from any reliable sourse.
