Q: What is it about the Kia Rondo that attracts both Slavic women, and hot dog cart vendors?
A: It's that smell of fine Corinthian leather, plastic and just a hint of desperation.
Q: Kia Rondo Commercial?
Hey, does anyone know the name of the song that is used in the Kia Rondo commercial??????? PLEASE! Thanks
A: The song is indeed from the 1968 Musical "Hair." The song however is best known as 'Let The Sunshine In'. It also is referred to as Aquarius. The song has been performed by several musicians including, 5th Dimension.
Q: What is the song that is in the new Kia Rondo commercial; the one where the rainbows are following the cars?
There is a choir of people dressed in bright colors and they're waving their hands in the air, and the song goes something like:
"Haaaaaaair in the sunshiiiiiiine,
Haaaaaaaair in the sunshiiiiiiine!"
A: R O F L
It is from the musical "Hair" and the title is "Let the Sunshine in" (which is also what they really sing in that chorus).
You were pretty close, though ROFL
Q: Who owns a Kia Rondo? Like it?
My husband and I are picking up our Kia Rondo tomorrow! We are so excited.
A: You poor thing? Couldn't find a used Honda??
Q: kia rondo screwed us?
we bought a rondo for 20g and after a month decided to buy a diferent car only to find out our rondo would trade in for only 10g do not buy these cars or any kia cars. does anyone got any good advise for tricking out a dealership to buying our rondo from us we really want to get a toyota yaris but the yaris's sell as is and there isnt much of a over price on them
A: A new car loses 30% of its value once one drives off the dealership lot and Kias have the worst resale value in the world. Many people are buying second hand cars because the first owner took the brunt of the depreciation.
Q: MAZDA5 VS. KIA RONDO?
Hi I need help here, I am debating between a 2008 Kia Rondo EX V6 or a 2009 Mazda5 Sport (both with auto). The extra seating is why it is between these two, I can get the Rondo for about the same price as the Mazda. Thanks!!
A: I just bought a mazda5 yesterday and YES IT DOES HAVE A 3RD ROW. the 3rd row doesnt have a lot of room for tall people but since im a small asian it fits perfect for me. It actually sits 6 people. 2 each row. I love the fact that it has sliding doors and the 3rd row you can fold the seats for extra storage. You can also fold all the seats from second to third row if u want to go camping or just extra storage. It has a very good handling, too. Since its not considered a suv or minivan you pay less for your insurance.
For durability wise i'd go with mazda. I heard lots of bad stories about kia and also the kia has a greater possibility of depreciating value.
Goodluck!
Q: Which car do you prefer the mazda5 or the kia rondo???
Between looks size and price which is better??? I have 1 baby and another on the way.So I need room for the strollers and car seats and of course me and my husband.
A: I would avoid the Kia. Mazda in a safer and more reliable car. You will pay more, but it's worth the price difference.
Q: Kia Rondo for delivery vehicle?
I deliver, install and maintain aquariums. I also make pine stands and canopies for them. I have a friend who has been making iron stands for me.
The problem is delivery. A have a Kia Spectra5 station wagon. The Spectra is the same as the Hyundai Elantra, on the large end of compact car or the very small end of mid-sized car.
Larger tanks are 5 or 6' long. Not that I see them often, but there are some 7' long tanks out there.
Getting a 5' tank is a hassle in my car. I like to be out for the day and do 3-4 deliveries. Hard to do this unless they are 3' tanks, like a 38 or 40. More common, like 4' tanks like 55's or the very popular 72 bowfront barely fit two.
I'm thinking Rondo, because it gets nearly as good mileage as my Spectra5. It's thousands less than Mazda 5. It's cheaper than a Chevy HHR or PT Cruiser, which are smaller.
It is an oddball model. How has your experiences with it been? Is it worth spending an extra $2,500 on a Mazda 5? Thanks.
A: I think you'd be better off buying a used minivan or delivery truck then a new car. You'll have alot more room for your tools and supplies and it will cost you less up front. You can get a nice 2001 Nissan Quest for under $7000 or an American utility van in good condition for around the same or less money.
Q: How much should I expect to pay for a Kia Rondo?
I have been doing a lot of research for a new car. I'm looking at the Kia Rondo. I had a Kia for 7 years and loved it, they have really come a long way. Car dealers please don't respond. For anyone that has this car; what should I expect to pay per month walking out of the dealership (including finance charge and TTL) for 60 months if the MSRP is 19,000? I'm thinking $350-365/60 months? I live in Dallas, no downpayment, 1500 rebate.
I walked out with a new 2007 (15 miles on it) Rondo for 353/mo. for 63 mos. The finance guy showed me on the screen, any more and the deal would have been negative from the car's adjusted black book value. And I got the extra warranty with that. I think I got a pretty good deal, especially since it was a brand new 07 that had just been sitting there apparently.
A: $15,000 for a 2007 brand new..
Q: Kia Rondo, a hatchback or SUV?
My husband and I are in the midst of a week long debate. KIA considers is a Crossover utility vehicle, but I think that's a load of crap.
A: Crossover. It is not a car, nor is it a bona fide SUV. But it shares traits of both.
Q: which car is better, the Kia Rondo or the Hyundai Veracruz?
details as to why that one is better will be nice as well :-)
A: The guy above is obviously lacking the knowledge about the cars in question or else he wouldn't make such a baseless, negative comment about them.
Both autos are fine if you need something bigger then a mid-sized car but there are major differences between them.
The Veracruz is a near luxury mid-sized crossover that, when fully loaded, can come close to $40,000. The Rondo is smaller more basic wagon type car that leans more toward utility and cost about $14,000 less.
Since the VC is a near lux auto you will get things not available on the Rondo like Automatic Climate Control, Adjustable Foot Pedals, Electronic Parking Aid, etc. Plus the VC has safety systems like Traction Control and Electronic Brake Distribution. Not to mention a much more powerful engine.
Both are good picks but are in two different classes altogether.
To get a better idea of what they are about you can look at the Edmund's long term test results from both autos and take it from there. Both Hyundai and Kia have come a long way in terms of quality. Can't go wrong with either car but to choose one would depend on what your looking for.

Q: what song is played on the Kia Rondo commercial?
You know where the people are singing about the sunshine?
A: Aquarius/Let the Sunshine In
by The 5th Dimension
Q: Has anyone had good experiences with a Kia?
I'm thinking of leasing a Kia Rondo, and am hesitant because of Kia's past reputation as cheap. But with their good warranty, it doesn't really matter if things go wrong, it's covered then. The Rondo has excellent features in the model I'm looking at, and lots of space for my expanding family. I don't need to worry about future value of it, since I won't be purchasing just leasing. Any thoughts?
A: I have a 2004 Kia Optima and would recommend it to my own MOM! I have three kids lined up in the back and my wife and me up front, not even worried about "the safety" issue. My car survived hitting a cow carcass at over 50 MPH and the car just bounced over the thing- I guess it could have been a lot worse! I have put almost 80,000 miles on the car and feel it is one of the best cars out there. Don't get me wrong, Honda and Toyota are reliable too, but I'd rather not pay a premium for the name! Kia and Hyundai are getting better and "safer" every day, I wouldn't be surprised to one day see Kia and Hyundai as common as a Chevy or Ford!
Q: does rondo on the boston celtics drive a kia rondo?
A: Is Rudy Gay really gay?
